Discover a Path to Wellbeing
About me
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong sense of trust and connection. My priority is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and genuinely safe to explore your experiences.
I have extensive experience working with first responders and individuals navigating high-pressure environments, and I specialize in trauma processing and stress management. I understand how overwhelming it can be to carry these experiences alone, and I aim to help you make sense of them in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, using an integrative approach that draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
My goal is to support you in building effective coping strategies, deepening self-understanding, and strengthening your capacity for resilience. Above all, I am committed to offering a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
What to expect
Whether therapy has been on your mind for a while or you’re finding your way back to it, you’re welcome here. This is a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure, without judgment, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices while also making room for compassion, honesty, and the occasional bit of lightness when it feels right. We’ll move at a pace that works for you, creating space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels both steady and meaningful.
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held in person or virtually, depending on your needs and preferences.
Over time, my hope is that this becomes a space you can rely on, one that supports you, challenges you in helpful ways, and allows for a deeper understanding of yourself to take shape.
Find a time that works for you
Taking the first step can feel like a lot, but you don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, you can book a session and we’ll begin the work together.
