About me

I know that starting therapy, or even thinking about it, can feel like a big step. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, where you’re met with understanding, and where you don’t have to carry things on your own.

I’ve spent much of my work supporting first responders and individuals in high-pressure roles, and I have a strong focus on trauma and stress. I understand how heavy those experiences can feel, especially when they’ve been held in for a long time. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you’ve been through in a way that feels steady, supportive, and manageable.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I take an integrative approach to therapy. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based work, which allows me to adapt our sessions to what you need, rather than expecting you to fit into a specific approach.

More than anything, I want this to feel like a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, working toward building coping tools, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
